Role of women in modern family life

The role of a woman in a modern family is to get up, wake the children, fix breakfast, if not cereal, make sure the children get on the bus, and then go to work. It is different now, women no longer have to obey they old school norms of the past. Most women just work and its up to the children to get themselves up, depending on their age. Women cook still, but it is not their main job nor is cleaning. Women may do these things because they like to have to or because they are a mother and a wife and its just something you do, but they also go to work and they could make more than their husbands, they can also work more than their husbands. The world has changed and so have modern women.
